Every figure, with its source
One row per published figure: the figure as the source's own page publishes it, the page, and the day it was read. A figure that is not on a page we read is not on this one.

The sentence each figure was read from (7)
- Eat For Health (NHMRC) macronutrient balance, read 2026-10-17:
“to complement the AMDR for fat and carbohydrate”, giving an upper limit of 35% energy from protein.
- WHO healthy diet fact sheet, read 2026-10-17:
For adults, limiting the amount of total fat in the diet to 30% or less of total daily energy intake may help to prevent unhealthy weight gain in the adult population.
- WHO healthy diet fact sheet, read 2026-10-17:
Therefore, in adults, a minimum of 15% of the energy consumed per day should be from fat, up to 30% of total daily calories or more as described below.
- WHO healthy diet fact sheet, read 2026-10-17:
Protein intake at 10–15% of total daily energy intake is generally sufficient to meet the needs of adults (approximately 50–75 grams for a person of healthy body weight consuming about 2000 calories per day).
- WHO healthy diet fact sheet, read 2026-10-17:
No more than 10% of total energy intake should come from saturated fat and no more than 1% of total energy from trans fat of any type.
- WHO healthy diet fact sheet, read 2026-10-17:
The consumption of free sugars should be limited to less than 10% of total daily energy intake, which is equivalent to 50 g (or about 12 level teaspoons) for a person of healthy body weight consuming about 2000 calories per day.
- WHO healthy diet fact sheet, read 2026-10-17:
Limiting further to 5% or less of total daily energy intake may provide additional health benefits.

Methodology
Every row is a verbatim sentence read from the named source's own page through our fetch service on the date shown, hash-pinned to the stored read (the sha of the page's visible text; the raw page is mirrored to R2).
2 of the 15 named sources that could be read published a usable figure; 13 published none and are recorded as not published, never filled in; 0 could not be read (blocked, dead or unreachable) and count nowhere.
The headline figures (median, minimum, maximum, quartiles) are over ONE figure per source for each breakdown it prices, in % (a source's median where its page yielded several accepted sentences for one breakdown), so a page that gives figures for several breakdowns gives one for each and N counts 7 figures, never sentences; 23 candidate sentence(s) were refused by a reviewer with the reason recorded.
The fuller derivation this dataset is chartered to grow into (not yet what the figures above are; they are each source's own published figure as read): one row per jurisdiction per macronutrient: the authority's own reference range and energy requirement, quoted with its effective date, joined to the four published BMR equations (Mifflin-St Jeor, Harris-Benedict, Katch-McArdle, Henry/SACN).
The figure nobody publishes is the SPREAD: how many calories apart the four equations put the same person, and how far apart the US, UK, AU/NZ, Canadian and EFSA reference ranges put the same macronutrient, so the calculator can show a band instead of a false single number.
23 candidate sentences on these pages were refused by a reviewer; each refusal and its reason is recorded in the review ledger.
